Apparently he was quite incensed that the city allowed a hotel to be built "in front of" his yard. Don't know if it spoiled his view or what, but a couple of hotel employees said he was a strange and angry guy.

It took a certain amount of effort and resources to hoist those vehicles onto their perches. Which certainly begs the question, why?
