Another Post From Ely NV
Seen in front of the Hotel Nevada in downtown Ely,TSG spotted our old bike,
a '95 Specialized Rockhopper A1 Comp in great condition.
We recently replaced our vintage Rockhopper with a Trek Dual Sport 1,
which, sad to say, has had a LOT of issues. We're seriously considering going back to the 'hopper when we return from the current road trip. Maybe we can trade the Trek in for credit towards overhauling/upgrading the elder 'cycle.

1959 Edsel / Ely NV (updated)
note: TSG added the image below in response to a reader's comment regarding the junkyard owner's state of mind. Well, we can't speak to why he put the Edsel up there, but...
Apparently he was quite incensed that the city allowed a hotel to be built "in front of" his yard. Don't know if it spoiled his view or what, but a couple of hotel employees said he was a strange and angry guy.
