Quite the toy, that Corvette.

My folks had a Ford Country Squire, white with faux wooden sides and a fire-engine red interior, circa 1966 or so. Not sure if we still had it when we moved from Salinas to San Jose. The Plymouth Valiant might have replaced the Squire as family transport. The Squire was gifted to relatives in farm country up in Minnesota where it was in use for a preposterous number of years.
