Today's outing was a visit to Silver Falls State Park which is rightly touted as the "Crown Jewel of Oregon State Parks". The "Trail of Ten Falls" is a classic example of Civilian Conservation Corps trail building.
(note: not all 10 falls seen here due to general laziness)

Very cool! We are looking forward very much to wandering around Oregon with Mac in days to come. This looks like a gotta-see spot.
