I certainly don't recall seeing this pic before, and besides, I don't believe there is any upper limit on an allowable amount of Rudolph references at this time of year!

Judging by the mouthful of teeth, this shot is either a pre-Hermey image, or Hermey finally got his dental act together and came up with a nice set of dentures for this bumbling fellow.
