Cool. I stared at this for a while, trying to suss out what I was looking at. First, I thought trees were involved. But I don't think so. My final (but still somehow tentative) thought is, there is a huge reflective flat surface with those illuminated structures mounted above it. I'm guessing that the whole thing is more dynamic that it appears, with shifting, blinking, dimming lights?
