5x3 inch Laminated cartoon image, blank on opposite side. A google image search fails to turn up an exact match, so our theory is that it's a home-made game piece/scavenger hunt item of some sort. The item's location relatively close to the park's pickle ball courts (labeled PBC) is most likely a coincidence.

I got nothin'. There's to be caught "in a pickle," but I fail to see how that pickle having shoes would be a useful embellishment. Might I add that the image of the supposed pickle is odd. Seeing it without context, my first guess would not be "pickle."
