Sigh. Frankly, those pix bring back way too many memories of traveling here, there, and wherever on business. I would struggle to find such views interesting, but after a while, not so much.
I was pretty happy seeing this, especially in my jet-lagged/sleep deprived condition after a long day on the plane/bus. It was especially nice because I was able to check in at 9AM, having arrived at 6AM. While I usually avoid big cities in my stateside travels, Auckland was on the bucket list for this trip. and staying in the CBD was a priority. The weather's kind of lousy but I have the proper clothing so the rain and wind are only a minor inconvenience.
