Specifically, a couple of lines from "Here Comes The Flood":
Stranded starfish have no place to hide
Still waiting for the swollen Easter tide.
In this case, our strand-ee happens to be a jellyfish of unknown type (the Moon Jelly being the most common found in California waters, but the coloration doesn't seem to match.)
Note: photos were taken at extreme low tide. The next high tide will be come up past this point, hopefully providing safe passage back to the ocean.

In my experience, that's pretty unique. Don't ever recall spotting a jelly in a tidal pool. Then again, perhaps I wouldn't recognize a stranded jelly. Pretty cool pix of this situation.
