Springtime flowers and flowing waters don't last very long at Pinnacles National Park, so we make a point of getting out there before the greenery starts turning brown and the creek dries up.>

The cage was kind of creepy.
And, I was just slightly disappointed, thinking I might see a TSG foot dip into that fine running water.
And I guess Dylan called it - everybody must get stoned. Even other stones.
The "cage" is used to prevent entrance/egress during baby bat rearing season and when water is running high in the middle of the cave. Apologies for the lack of a foot dip in the slideshow, it certainly was a perfect day for creek whomping.
