Context would help. Is this sign:

1) Intended to entice the reader to enter an unusual restaurant?
2) Intended to discourage trespassers in some way?
3) A bit of divisive political commentary bent on presenting metaphors for various persons in Congress?
4) A suggestion for a Baja Brigade song title?

Well, I was driving through Cherokee NC and saw the "Rat Cheese" sign out in front of Jack's Boiled Peanuts and had to stop and take a pic. Apparently it's a regionalism for American Cheddar, and "side meat" is salt pork or bacon from (of course) the side of a hog. I photoshopped in the barfing icon after the fact--it was a sticker I came across walking around downtown Chattanooga.

Come to think of it, Rat Cheese and Side Meat might be a good BB song title.
