The "glue things on a duck shape figure" genre is pretty neat. The fish lure one is very nice. My fave, however, would be the duck made of watches, mostly cuz some of the watches are themselves (Donald) duck-themed items. Maybe not competition for Esher, but pretty neat nevertheless.
