Xebra(sic) Compound, Morgan Hill CA
Xebra as in Zap Xebra, a line of electric vehicles discontinued in 2008. The ones shown here may or may not be legal--according to our research, the company was ordered to buy back the entire 2008 line and destroy them due to a failure to meet safety requirements.

I have been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all web owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.
Can I simply just say what a comfort to discover somebody that actually knows what they're discussing online. You actually understand how to bring a problem to light and make it important. More and more people should look at this and understand this side of the story. I was surprised you're not more popular because you surely possess the gift.
Extremely amusing! The compact cars look like something from a direct-to-DVD Disney sequel to an original movie that fared well only with 6 to 9 year olds. The little dump truck, however, is ever so cute!! I could definitely see driving that one around. Say, to Chualar!
Looks like it was a trike design, possibly built like the mini taxis one sees in Asia? Tuk-tuk's if I recall correctly. If there is any similarity in design with those Asian taxis, then, yeah, they are unsafe as Hell!
So, did a TSG investigative reporter jump the fence to snap these shots?

Well, fact is, it is pretty worth enough for me, too.
I didn't jump the fence, but I did half-climb up it to get a better vantage point. I'm not sure if the Eco-Sparc "dealership" is a going concern anymore--they have a storefront just around the corner but I didn't investigate it at the time. (Their webpage still shows various Xebra models for sale)
And I agree the Zap Xebra Truck would be an ideal choice for the Chualarian commuter. It would probably be a good choice as a flowerbed, too.
