Yeah, that's mostly a Photoshop Elements filter called "poster edges". I was up in SF last weekend to catch Mick Berry's one man show,Keith Moon-The Real Me. I had hoped to go up to the top of Coit Tower, but there was a 25-minute wait in line just to get on the elevator. So I wandered around and took pictures of my fellow out-of-towners instead.
