They say that one's attitude is 80% of being happy.

I'm thinking that the resident of that trailer is happier than a lot of other people who live in more palatial settings.

That particular trailer had a sign out front that said "Camp Host", so my guess it that it's not for rent. There were other units that looked to be available, but none of them were this neat looking.

As to being happy in somewhat less than palatial settings, I still say I would be happy working at a pizza parlor if I could live in Springdale, UT.
