There are several ways to remove the curves out of fisheye pics, and I do use them from time to time. But I've always loved my fisheye (fisheye, rolly-polly fisheye?)..."un-distorting" the resultant images may de-curve the horizon, but the effect doesn't necessarily make the picture "better" in my mind. Your particular mileage may, of course, vary.

Actually, I find the "End of the Trail" sign much more evocative and ponderaful.
