Back in 1997, I never would have imagined that Ivan (aka: "the giraffe") would have a web page devoted to his passing.

I went and checked out the link to Ivan's page. It seems that this giraffe is more than deserving of his 15 minutes of fame.
By the way, taken on its own without verifiable sources, your photo immediately strikes some viewers (OK, THIS viewer) as being an excellent example of Photoshop-based manipulations. How cool as well that it is not.
