Yep, that's a great shot.

Now, if I had been the one to set this particular stage, I'd have some idea of WHAT the heck this is trying to say. But since I didn't, I am left with speculation.

It doesn't help that the dummy looks just like Brewster Rocket from the comics pages.

I guess you have to ask yourself, is there a point to saving the life of someone who has no life?

Oh, I don't know, I think that dummy bears a passing resemblance to the young Dave Carter!
