- As to my mention of "Akinogal, et al" --Apparently, there are web crawler-bots (?) that cruise around and post links on blogs. Their posts and links try to lure unwary users into downloading bogus anti-virus software. That's the general idea, anyway. There were two such comments for the last post.
- There's nothing wrong with the picture. For some reason, the mural is painted as a mirror image. And the hitchin' post is a neat example of trompe l'oeil .

How excellent! I have, as you may recall, a certain weakness and fondness for new words, and "trompe l'oeil" is a new expression to me! I went to trusty Wiki land and read all about it. Tres cool!
As for the mirror image, must just be a reflection in a window of the building that sports the hitching post.
As for "trompe l'oeil" that immediately struck me as such an excellent name for a band or an album cover. Or maybe a song. Things that appear to have more depth than they in fact do. Quite perfect! All kinds of places one could go with that!
