Now THAT's a RED nose!
Heck, you could even say it glows!
And now that I think about it, I actually kind of like the idea of Santa's sleigh being towed by flying bears rather than reindeer. I suppose they could be polar bears, what with the North Pole residential address and all. But bears would have been pretty cool. A lot more horsepower, if you will. And that could explain, too, Santa's furlined clothing (bearskin from bears that didn't break well to the sleigh's harness). And instead of leaving coal for bad little boys and girls, one of the bears could just quickly devour the little grubbers.
Man, this idea really has LEGS!
