(or: the completely redone blog entry)

Seeing as how the H.A.P.S. has been addressed (mostly) to my satisfaction, I've removed my rant.I'm keeping the postscript though for obvious reasons. Thank you.

ps: I knew that the Legend/Apostrophe S timeline may have been a bit off in the previous post, but I tried to cover myself with "('?)". Inadequate, perhaps, but consider the media involved.
