Cool Pool
Tonight's lodging offered a uniquely-shaped swimming facility, perhaps appropriate to the Memphis location just down the street from Graceland. Unfortunately the neck portion of the pool was only 12" deep, making lap swimming for anyone over about 2 feet tall pretty much a non-starter. Additionally, the pool heater seemed to be out of action..."cool" being an understatement for the water temperature. (okay, let's be honest...it was frigging freezing!)
