Intersecting Road Trips, Intersecting Bloggers

Today's itinerary included a visit to Twin Falls' dual park complex of Shoshone Falls and Dierkes Lake. According to our research there was a diving board available at Dierkes Lake--always a grail on our trips--so off we went.

Not only did we arrive just at the right time of day to catch a double rainbow at the falls, there was hardly anyone at the lake.  The diving board was a bit stiff but still fun and the water wasn't a win-win there.

Topping the cake of today's visit was spotting a sticker on the back of the SUV parked next to us.  While it's a given that our road trip intersects scores of other similar journeys, seeing a family "advertising" their adventure-blog on a custom-made sticker...that's a first for us.  Looks like they're having a great trip.

Cool spot. You obviously need a waterproof, head-worn Go Pro camera so you can post some action shots of diving off such a board into such a place.

As for that sticker, just think, back in the day, there might have been one reading, "Baja Brigade does Labor Day at Willow Park! . . . .
