Christmastime @ The Hotel Formerly Known As The Ahwahnee

The new concessionaire can call it The Majestic Yosemite Hotel, but it will always be The Ahwahnee to TSG. Thankfully the vibe remains the same.

    Cool place, and with halls very nicely deck'ed for the yuletide season. I really especially like that outdoor deer made of spruce cuttings. Cool beans.

    I don't know how many times I've hung out at The Ahwahnee, whether for a meal or just to wander around and soak up the atmosphere. Haven't got to stay there yet, but it's on my bucket list.
