Love that place. Haven't been there since the 70's, so this virtual visit was cool for sure. And I can only hope the museum plays that instrumental version of Walk Like An Egyptian on a continuous loop as background music.

The Hornet's nest was in the "Peace Garden"...not a very peaceful place for human interlopers to the area.
ReplyDeleteThere's a new wing of the museum dedicated to alchemy. Lots of cool stuff including a replica of the amazing Ripley Scroll seen in the slideshow.
"In de Nile" is awesome - prize winning.
