Unfortunately the mist/steam you see in the left side of the pic really increased while I was there and almost completely obscured the main body and most colorful part of the spring. I was a bit taken aback by the crowds that day...I ended up skipping several points of interest because the parking lots were jam packed.
Earth can be so funky and weird.
