I'm sure I've seen that vista in at least one old western, right? I liked spotting your wheels there - nice sense of scale.
That area of the country is full of so many buttes and bluffs that there's a western movie location-type vista around every corner. A good book on the subject is Where God Put The West by Bette L. Stanton.
