Oh my. Sooo much work went in to that. Wow. Even with "surf and turf" as a muse, I'm amazed that someone would (a) come up with this idea and (b) actually execute it in such a sturdy and masterful way.
Author's note: second runner-up for post title was "Throw another shrimp on the bullock".
