Ha! You're kidding, right? Nobody drives around with a lizard on their front dash. Do they? Wouldn't it scurry somewhere inappropriate and be hard to find and remove? Ha!
Well, to be fair, the car was parked. This was right near the first tee of Redmond Oregon's Dry Canyon Disc Golf course and the off-leash dog area, so I guess the owner was treating his reptile to a little basking time while tossing some frisbees or walking his dog or maybe both.
