I used the fake dreamy cool cloud cover effect because the real overcast grey sky effect just made the picture look so dang dull. The result is kind of interesting--the vivid background contrasts quite nicely with the rather frumpy beige-ish color of the building.
A window or two might be welcome by those inside. Might start to look like missing teeth in a big, bland smile, though.
