Things To Do When Camping In The Rain

Anyone who has spent time in the great outdoors knows that sunshine and blue skies aren't always on tap.  Some mornings you wake up to find that liquid sunshine is the order of the day.  (As illustrated here in a photo of a TSG visit to Yellowstone National Park)


In such cases, it's good to remember a couple of things. One, you have to make do with whatever weather you've got.  And two (and this is debatable, IMHO): there's no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing.

Also, it helps to have a little bit of creative imagination to turn your rainy day into a photo op. Sometimes those raindrops can help you see the world in a whole different way...


In this particular instance, TSG decided to hang out in the back of the 4Runner for awhile, and shoot pictures looking up through the moonroof.
